Dylan brings more than 15 years of Bath property experience, combining local knowledge with a hardworking, proactive approach. Having spent much of his career at one of Bath’s leading agencies on Bear Flat, he knows the city inside out and understands what buyers and sellers need at each stage of the journey.

Originally from Edinburgh, Dylan moved to Bath as a child, growing up in Larkhall and Fairfield Park and attending Ralph Allen School. He now lives in Frome with his young family and enjoys spending time on the golf course or walking the dog.

Georgie is Strattons & Partners’ dedicated Sales Progressor, supporting buyers and sellers from the moment an offer is accepted through to completion. Calm, organised and proactive, she helps keep every stage of the process moving smoothly, making sure clients feel informed and reassured along the way.

Originally from Newcastle, Georgie spent four years working in London’s fast-paced lettings market, covering areas including Holland Park and Richmond. With experience across period homes, commercial property and client care, she brings a positive, professional approach to every sale.
