Thank you all for the excellent support on our recent house move. All staff have been very helpful but Dylan in particular worked extremely hard to manage a long chain and steer our sale and purchase successfully towards exchange and completion. We had regular updates on progress and always very quick responses to any queries along the way. The chain broke down a couple of times but Dylan was always on hand to do his best to quickly mend the chain and get the transaction moving again. I would highly recommend Dylan and Strattons and Partners generally for people looking to move house within Bath. Thanks again all for your support and service on our recent house move!

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Stratton and Partners. It started when we were initially viewing properties in Bath and evident how personable and professional the team were, leading us to instructing them to help with the sale of our property. Despite a relatively slow market really impressed with how well they’ve both marketed and sold our home. A big recommendation from us for anyone considering which agents to go for.

Strattons have been brilliant. My brother and I are so pleased we chose them to sell our late mother's property. Dylan found us a buyer very quickly and Dylan and Georgie worked tirelessly, and with enthusiasm, to ensure the sale went through. Georgie was proactive in sorting out difficulties with the sale almost before they arose. Their frequent communication with us couldn't be faulted. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

I Would definitely recommend Strattons & Ptns Estate Agents in Bath. Alex, Georgie & Dylan make a great team. Nothing was too much trouble & Georgie in particular stayed on top of the usual twists & turns to get a positive result, they always kept me updated every step of the way. They all went above and beyond to make our sell as stress free as possible, I would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell their house in the Bath area. Alex, Dylan and Georgie at Stratton and Partners could not have been more helpful and personable. Right from the beginning Alex provided wise advice based on his considerable experience of the housing market and the local area. Dylan too was well aware of our sale position and was there to answer queries if Alex was away. Once we received an offer Georgie was always at hand to move things along and kept us informed every step of the way. As a local Estate Agent in Bath we cannot recommend them more highly. 5 stars!!

Dylan and his team at Strattons helped us to sell our house quickly, at a good price that we were happy with, and tracked the process through to completion. Even though our first buyer pulled out suddenly only two days after agreeing to purchase, Strattons soon found us another buyer who was in a better position to proceed. The property details were well presented and promoted. There were a few points at which the process seemed blocked, for various reasons, and Georgie was very responsive in helping to sort out the issues by maintaining good communications between our buyer, their solicitor and ours. It was helpful being able to use a dedicated Whatsapp group for messaging. Strattons definitely earnt their fee and I would thoroughly recommend their services.

The Strattons and Partners team have been outstanding.
Dylan and Alex took us to a number of viewings, each one relevant to our needs and wishes. They made us aware of houses before they were put on the market and organised viewings quickly and efficiently. They are extremely knowledgeable of Bath and it’s housing market, which was invaluable as we were moving from outside Bath.
Once we made an offer, the team continued to provide support to ensure everything went smoothly: offer, chain management, exchange and completion. Special thanks to Georgie on this!

I have just bought a property sold by Strattons and Partners. This year has been a difficult one to transact in the housing market but thanks to the hard work from Dylan and the team we were able to make the purchase. They managed the process superbly, gave us great advice and were incredibly friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

I genuinely could not recommend Strattons any more highly. We bought our property from them & from first viewing to exchange the process was extremely smooth. The team show real care & are always on hand for any questions/queries. They clearly have an extensive knowledge of the market & the communication throughout was amazing. Georgie is an asset to the team, helping the sale progress & liaising with the chain at every stage. Our purchase went through in less than 3 months & was very smooth. We have dealt with different estate agents over the years & can hands down say these guys are the best! Would not hesitate to recommend- a great small team who are clearly passionate about what they do, you are in safe hands with Strattons!

Thank you to the team at Stratton and Partners, Fairfield Park, Bath, for their leadership and help in ensuring the successful sale of our parents house in George’s Road. The house had been habited for over 45 years by our parents, and was calling out for tender loving care. The sale went through successfully thanks to the efforts of the team at Strattons, who worked across all aspects of the sale, including a full roof replacement, new locks for the doors, and support in clearing the house.
