Had an excellent experience with Strattons and Partners! The team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. They communicated clearly, kept everything well-organized, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward.
Their dedication to client satisfaction really stood out—they went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently and to a high standard. I felt fully supported every step of the way.
Highly recommend Strattons and Partners to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable service. A truly 5-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We've had a fantastic experience with Strattons during our house purchase. They were amazing & timely at communicating and great at quickly unblocking any issues we had during the purchase process. I would highly recommend them in particular Georgie, Dylan and Alex
Thank you all for the excellent support on our recent house move. All staff have been very helpful but Dylan in particular worked extremely hard to manage a long chain and steer our sale and purchase successfully towards exchange and completion. We had regular updates on progress and always very quick responses to any queries along the way. The chain broke down a couple of times but Dylan was always on hand to do his best to quickly mend the chain and get the transaction moving again. I would highly recommend Dylan and Strattons and Partners generally for people looking to move house within Bath. Thanks again all for your support and service on our recent house move!
We’ve had a fantastic experience with Stratton and Partners. It started when we were initially viewing properties in Bath and evident how personable and professional the team were, leading us to instructing them to help with the sale of our property. Despite a relatively slow market really impressed with how well they’ve both marketed and sold our home. A big recommendation from us for anyone considering which agents to go for.
Strattons have been brilliant. My brother and I are so pleased we chose them to sell our late mother's property. Dylan found us a buyer very quickly and Dylan and Georgie worked tirelessly, and with enthusiasm, to ensure the sale went through. Georgie was proactive in sorting out difficulties with the sale almost before they arose. Their frequent communication with us couldn't be faulted. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
I Would definitely recommend Strattons & Ptns Estate Agents in Bath. Alex, Georgie & Dylan make a great team. Nothing was too much trouble & Georgie in particular stayed on top of the usual twists & turns to get a positive result, they always kept me updated every step of the way. They all went above and beyond to make our sell as stress free as possible, I would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell their house in the Bath area. I would not hesitate to use them again! Well done to Alex & his excellent team.
Alex, Dylan and Georgie at Stratton and Partners could not have been more helpful and personable. Right from the beginning Alex provided wise advice based on his considerable experience of the housing market and the local area. Dylan too was well aware of our sale position and was there to answer queries if Alex was away. Once we received an offer Georgie was always at hand to move things along and kept us informed every step of the way. As a local Estate Agent in Bath we cannot recommend them more highly. 5 stars!!
Just to say Alex Dylan and Georgie made buying and selling our houses very easy. They kept us informed regularly and their friendly but professional manner made things clear at every stage. Would not hesitate to recommend them
Purchasing my first home through Strattons was a real pleasure, from initial viewing right through to completion. The team are considerate, efficient and provide a service that is effective yet personal. Thank you Dylan and Georgie for all your efforts in getting me in before Christmas!
